The IV RECI Smart City Congress is an event that brings together the municipalities that go to make up the RECI (Spanish Network of Smart Cities), together with public entities of the central government and the European Commission and all the agents of the sector, in a collaboration space where trends, good practices and challenges presented by smart cities can be shared.
The congress will be held at the Palacio Municipal de Congresos (Campo de las Naciones)

In this edition we have created ÁGORA, a meeting point dedicated to non-plenary activities, such as coffee, networking, project exhibitions and a space for short educational talks called AKADEMIA.
