The SPANISH NETWORK OF SMART CITIES (RECI) It is positioned as an association of local territories whose entities, which are part of the network, are representative of the territory and lead innovation systems in their own area, promoting their own local network of agents related to research and innovation.

RECI is configured as a national association, open to the incorporation of other municipalities.

The local territory is considered the most appropriate setting to carry out RECI actions.
