The General Assembly of the Spanish Network of Smart Cities (RECI) unanimously approved last October the accession of La Nucía to the RECI as a “friendly municipality”. This is one more step that La Nucía takes to advance its DTI and Smart City project and become Smart Sports Destination.

With the incorporation of La Nucía, the RECI currently has 93 member cities and 44 friendly municipalities.
