Obtaining greater efficiency and effectiveness in the services offered to citizens is the ultimate goal. But how to achieve these objectives while avoiding the risks that all this entails?

More than a hundred experts belonging to all levels of administration will be at CNIS 2023 to help all attendees follow this path.

The CNIS Congress will offer important round tables and presentations in the La Nave Auditorium that will be complemented by four parallel rooms dedicated to public sectors, cultural transformation and the introduction of AI in the daily task of the administration, through more than twenty of round tables, more than 50 presentations and 25 workshops. All focused on showing the great advances that, thanks to multiple lines of innovation, are being successfully developed at the three levels of our public administrations.
